This year’s host chapter, QLEA, is pleased to announce the very worthwhile beneficiary for the LIVEXchange 2019 charity auction.

The livestock export industry knows only too well the hardship faced by producers living in remote rural and regional areas of Queensland and so is very pleased to be able to support the Cowboys Community Foundation. Donations and funds raised at the LIVEX charity auctions really do make a difference and this year will be no exception. The LIVEXchange 2019 gala dinner and charity auction will be held on 31 October.

COWBOYS Community Foundation:

The Cowboys Community Foundation is a community-owned charity improving employment, health and social outcomes for young North Queenslanders through education-based programs.

Established in 2015 by the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, the Foundation is built on an extensive track record of understanding and supporting the regional community, on the respect and trust in our club and its players, and on the power of the one game and one brand that unites our region.

The flagship program, NRL Cowboys House, provides supported accommodation for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from some of North Queensland’s most remote and educationally disadvantaged communities, enabling them to access quality secondary education opportunities in Townsville.
